Job Description
Major responsibilities include:

Stock consumable items at beginning and during shift (ice, dishes, restroom paper products, etc...)

Assure that all food procedures are followed

Follow all sanitation guidelines

Become familiar with new menu items/dishes

Setup food trays for servers to be expedited
-
Take out trash and clean trash cans at closing
-
Sweep dining rooms and specified kitchen areas at closing
Requirements

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces

Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication

You must have organizational and time management skills and demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
